AMC can be provided with materials and supervisor, workers for maintenance of the entire system at plant. However the same can be also provided with staff and the required materials will be under the client's scope.

 

ACTIVITIES UNDER OUR SCOPE

 

Operation & maintenance of AHU, VAU, EAU, LAFs, Garment Cubical LAFs & DX Coils, Chilled water coils in each shift.

 

  1. Monitoring Room Differentials Pressure, Temperature & RH once in two hours.
  2. Carrying out Preventive Maintenance as per schedule.
  3. Quarterly cleaning of AHU, Ventilation & Exhaust AHU, Cooling Coil Cleaning.
  4. AHU, Ventilation & Exhaust Unit Filter Cleaning once in a month.
  5. LAF Filter Cleaning as per the planned schedule.
  6. Maintaining all records pertaining to the above activity as per plant requirement.
  7. Monitoring and recording for three shifts.
  8. Providing Temperature & RH in various areas as per the requirement.
  9. Providing and maintaining facility for filter cleaning for AHUs & LAFs
  10. Maintaining minimum spares/consumables for operation of AHUs & LAFs
  11. Complete planning and maintenance /overhauling of
    • Chillers and DX units.
    • Compressors.
    • Boilers.
    • Generators.
    • Water treatment plants.
  12. Complete maintenance of check list, SOPs and total documentation.
