You report to your team! Your team reports to you. If a team has a team leader, then he'll guide you.
You will play many roles in Vindair, often simultaneously. A team member in one project, a project leader in another. Each role has responsibilities defined in terms of expectations of various stakeholders. If you put yourself in the shoes of your stakeholders, you will be able to understand most of their expectations. If you're not sure,
follow the three golden rules- ASK, ASK and ASK.
More importantly, you report to yourself.
